jHost Terms, Conditions, and other legal stuff.

User Agreement

All Customers of jHost's basic services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the User Agreement. The User Agreement is a legal contract between jHost and the User that contains the rights, duties and obligations of jHost and the User.

Acceptable Use Policy

jHost's Usage Policy is designed to protect jHost, its Users and others from illegal, malicious, damaging and inappropriate behavior by Users of jHost's services. All users of jHost's services are subject to the Usage Policy. The Usage Policy lists activities that are prohibited on jHost's services, such as hacking and spamming.

Anti-Spam Policy

In our ongoing commitment to providing superior service for our customers, jHost has introduced a new, more vigilant anti-spam policy. We have implemented the following policy as a part of our commitment to reducing spam related activity.

Privacy Policy

jHost's Privacy Policy covers treatment of information that jHost may collect from users of its products and services and from visitors to the jHost site.

Civil Subpoena Policy

jHost's Privacy Policy prohibits the release of Subscriber or account information except in limited circumstances, including with express permission from the Subscriber, as and when required or permitted by law, to conform to the edicts of the law, or to comply with legal process properly served on jHost or one of its affiliates.

Copyright Claims Policy

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), all notifications of claimed copyright infringement on the jHost LLC ("jHost") system or Web site should be sent ONLY to our Designated Agent.

Ownership Changes and Disputes

When a new account or domain, as applicable, is registered with or transferred to jHost or with one of its affiliates, the process requires and results in the creation of the following within the records of jHost, in association with said new account or domain: i) Name of person registering; ii) email address; iii) user name; iv) password; and, v) associated payment information, such as Visa, Mastercard, etc., Credit Card Number & name thereon, etc.

Professional Services Agreements

jHost offers certain Professional Services in addition to the basic hosting service. Customers purchasing any Professional Services must read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this section for each Professional Service they purchase.

Website Transfer Agreement

jHost LLC, hereafter referred to as jHost Website Transfer, provides the following terms of service. By using jHost's service(s) you, hereafter referred to as Client, agree to the following terms and conditions. This document outlines the terms and conditions of jHost's services, hereafter referred to as Service, the obligation of the Client and the obligation of jHost. Please review this document carefully before requesting jHost's Service. jHost Website Transfer provides its Service to the Client as subject to the following Terms of Service, hereafter referred to as TOS. The TOS may be updated at any time without notice to the Client.

Report Spam and Abuse

Please send reports of spam and abuse to support@jHost.co. In the case of spam, please include the full message being reported as spam including all mail headers.
